Before completing your order, please verify and ensure all information provided is correct (name, email, address, products selected, etc). Once items are shipped, S’mora Lee Cosmetics is not responsible for any shipment issues caused by USPS or delivery company.

 

Are your products cruelty free?

S’mora Lee Cosmetics is a cruelty-free, paraben free and mineral based company. We do not test our products on animals nor do we allow our suppliers to do so on our behalf.

 

We stand by our products and have no concerns pertaining to adverse effects of use. However, if you have concerns of possible allergic reaction, prior to use, please read the ingredients list and do a test swatch on your hand or wrist.

 

Where can I purchase or find S’mora Lee Cosmetics?

Our products are sold solely on SmoraLeeCosmetics.com or pop up shops announced and advertised on our Instagram and Facebook business pages (@SmoraLeeCosmetics) as well as our Twitter page (SLC_cosmetics).

 

Can I cancel an order after it has been placed?

All orders are final sale. In most cases, orders are prepared for shipping at the time of confirmation and may be shipped before 3-5 business days.

 

What forms of payment are accepted for purchases?

S’mora Lee Cosmetics may be purchased using Mastercard, Visa, American Express, Google and Apple Pay. We do NOT accept returns, exchanges or refunds. All sales are final.

 

What if an item you want is sold out?

Send us an email at SmoraLeeCosmetics@gmail.com informing us of the item(s) and quantity you are interested in.


How much is shipping?

All shipping rates will vary depending on a few different factors, some of which include:

  • Domestic vs International shipments
  • Total weight of package
  • Selected shipping method
